I've tried performing a system recovery, which is doing nothing, We've tried to reboot from the last know good setup, and my laptop or computer says "Windows couldn't start because the particular file 'windows\system32\config\program' is missing or even corrupt" I do not have a set up cd for this kind of computer. does any individual know how I will fix crashed windows system?
