....this design study, based on a Zetor 9540?? www.innotech.cz/innotrac/innotrac.htmlIs it ugly, is it weird, or do you like it a little... I think its ugly.  esecially with that color. p.s. this design has nothing to do with Zetor Brno itself, those innotech guys bought a 9540 and attacked it with plastic, they also attack motorcycle, and locked up a GM V8 engine in similar plastic. |

It looks a lot like the new Claas telehandler (ranger??)
Looking at it more and more, it really isn't too strange. I think that the front end needs some "balls" - its too round - give me a Genesis style front end instead.
Its an idea

Hey woodbeef, Have you seen the Vineyard and Orchard models, based on the 2 series?? 5213 2wd 45 hp 3cyl. 5213T 2wd 55 hp 3cyl. turbo 5243 4wd 45 hp 3cyl. 5243T 4wd 55 hp 3cyl. turbo on the official Zetor Brno website www.zetor.czZetor builds narrow models since 1960. (the 25A was already narrow enough, so there was no special version) They also build models with lowered centre of gravity, low profile versions, halftracks, narrow tracked, i am working on it on the Zetorworld website. goed goan, Renze P.S. thanks for mentioning my website URL on other forums... |

Sorry, the not blown 45 hp versions are no longer built.
Only the 5213/43 55 hp Turbo versions are.
HTC wanted to make a complete range of tractors, so i think they will update them real soon, and also introduce 4cyl. models. to around 65 hp.
These narrow models still have those poor drum brakes!!! maybe the brake capacity is enough for these low weights, but our 5245 cant stop a total mass of 15 ton in time. the drums sing like a parakeet!!
Good thing, all new UR1 models have Knott wet disc brakes since early 90's.
