It's a lot easier to visit just one site instead of searching through lots of them. Isn't it mr. blomsma?

Dream on, Mr Blomsma.
This laid back attitude plus the decrease in quality of your magazine has cost you already one subscriber. Not worth it's money anymore (says an ex subscriber since '89, now subscribed to Profi magazine).

I wonder if this update was in the work before the Rostselmash deal?
They really should have a 240 and 270 hp model as well by now though.

Is the old Ford engine emission compliant?

Hey Woody..after long time!
I quess Ford engine is based same engine as exmple NH TM and Case MXM have. I replaced my Winner last summer with Case MXM120 and when tractor at last arrived i noticed that because of emission rules it was really lazy. After about 100 hours maintenance guys measured power and it was OK,about 110 hp in PTO.Problem was that engine gives power with about 1600 rpm and in practice it doesn't keep rpms. Then we added little bit food and also we adjusted spraying point from 0 deg to -7 deg. After those two changes result in dyno is 170 hp in PTO.Tractor changed really, now engine try really keep rounds and work is going ahead..
My understanding is that emission rules+conventional spraying system doesn't work really. With conventional system spraying point is too late and engine is'nt good therefore in practice.

The change was ready to be introduced a while back, before Rostelmash, they wanted to make the hood change when they introduced the new engine that will replace the Genisis, but the engine is not ready yet, they thought a face lift would be better than nothing. Buhler bought these engines in a large quanity giving them time to get the new engine fitted. Correct me if I am wrong would Cummins M9 sound right, I beleived AGCO use some of these engines.

on their web site the graph for the engine has 8870 written at the top. All the specs look the same as the old ones to me, so you can by a 1994 tractor in 2008. Nice, good tractors in their day, but the game has moved on. In 1994 you wouldn't be rushing to buy a tractor based on a 1980 TW20, well I wouldn't.
