Cummins and Fiat have decided to desolve their engine-making business. Fiat gets full control of the European Engine Alliance (EEA), and Cummins gets full control of Consolidated Diesel Corp (CDC). Cummins and Case, (now a Fiat unit), created CDC back in 1980. EEA was created as a joint with New Holland and Iveco, both Fiat units.

Case IH and New Holland tractors both use CDC or EEA engines, as does McCormick.
