about Fiat I´m not sure, but I guess the Ford is for the "City-Slickers" that wanted an oldfashioned looking tractor, they can ran without any major probs.
Like the cars: Beetle, Fiat Cinquecento, Mini, PT Cruiser, so the tractors.
Anyways, today both are CNH. Let´s see when they will introduce a Retro IH or Steyr. ;D

I must say,I do like the look of both of them..............But hey who am I to judge? I've not seen many tractors in my lifetime to base a solid opinion on.

IMO, the orange one if FUgly,, the bottom 2 are an insult. That's just my opinion, though. Fiat may own rights to Ford tractors, but I feel insulted by their remaking a mockery of original American iron like that.... fricking R4 tires in front,,,,,,, ugh! shoot them along with timitimi

I'm with Woodbeef in looking forward to retro-IH. There are new Allis-Chalmers coming out, (so to speak)! ;-) By Briggs & Stratton Power Systems (Simplicity)... www.allischalmerslawn.com/
