What will 2009 give to us. New series of tractors? MF 6600& 7600. New Claas Atles. New fendt 400, 700. Bigger combines. We will see.

couldn't agree more with AdamL, rough times here too. I hope 2009 is a better year for all of us - strength & honour.

2009 - I expect more consolidation in the Ag industry, both in machinery, agronomy (seeds), processing, etc... The strong will probably become stronger, the weak will become non-existent. AGCO is still trying to purchase majority control of China's largest tractor company. The strong Indian, Korean, Chinese and Japanese companies will continue to grow.

I see that CNH is finally bringing their CVT to the States. That's something to look forward to. And I heard a rumor that the 8690 MF is being introduced to NA as well sometime this year. LS is bringing their own tractors to the USA, under their own name. They will continue to supply Montana Tractors as well.

Well they Are doing it, LS, they have broken with Montana in the US and are going to market direct. They are signing dealers now.
