Does anyone here know if the wheel stud fittings for the rear axle of a Renault ceres 95 are the same as a MF 5455? Am thinking of changeing tractors but need to know if my narrow tyre will still fit

Guess MF uses inch, where Renault uses metric and other Transmission means, so they should not fit.

Wheel fittings are normalised by DIN and ISO standards.
To most tractors, there is a truck wheel that will fit because they are all of the same DIN standards. For example, a very popular 6 stud 160mm circle, used under mowers and small agricultural trailers with 10-15 to 15-17 tires, is exchangeable with the dual wheels of 6 and 8 ton Mercedes trucks and 90% of the 5.5 ton commercial highway trailer axles.
Most common bolt circles are 8 stud 275mm circle, and 8 stud 220mm circle. I have no idea which DIN standard applies to either of the tractors you mention, are but i guess its either of the above two.
