I'm thinking of replacing my NH TSA115 with a Claas arion 610 this year as the dealer is a lot closer, is the Claas any good or is it a renault in green and would I be better off sticking with the NH?

How good is a TSA actually ? Arion 600 is probably the Temis successor ? with Renault developed 3 step powershift ? i have no idea how these transmissions do in practice, in my area there are only a few of them and they are all Ares with the Gima rear end. The only poor Renault product i know of, were the Ceres transmission, which they also put in the 3000 series built for John Deere. (but lets not talk about Renault cars )

you will like the arion 610 is it the 610 or the 610c? the C is the cheaper one, 4spd powershift, smaller hyd pump (80l) and the dps motor without all that powerboost junk........ both specs are nice tractors, the C series is nice in my opinion then a SE JD the blue is good too but there is absalutely nothing wrong with the claas renze, these are not the renault trans like you are thinking about , the celtis is the one that was not so popular, its now the AXOS, the gearbox has more in common with the MF 5400 and 6400 these are not really a green renault, although they share a lot of stuff, strider, ask your dealer whats around in the old ares stock, there is a few round here still on yards new. never know, you may get one hell of a deal
