i am from texas and not much snow here, not ever been around a tractor mounted snowblower. My question is if silage can be loaded from the pile into trucks with snowblower of similar device instead of using front end loader.

Yes it can be loaded, but since you're also moving a lot of air, its not very energy efficient. Next to that, you need a method of loosening it first, vacuum wont pick up hard packed silage. Some sort of slatted conveyor would be more efficient, if you want a continuous loading method..
There are plenty of self loading TMR wagons in Europe. Google Faresin, Trioliet, AGM, von Lengerich just to name a few.

Our snowblowers have an agitator that would break up the silage, just as it breaks up the snow. Would you construct a tube of some sort to guide the silage into the wagon/truck? Otherwise it would be difficult to control the blown silage's destination with much accuracy.
