must say i LIKE..........
4wd, cab, 95pto hp .........56k USD........is that a good price, it had the semi powershift found in the NH,
all the usually NH TM berries, the shift is built into the accelerator and the MXM cannot shift ranges without dipping the clutch, like the tm which could, you can also start the MXM without dipping the clutch, TM you have to (from my best recollection)
not anymarkings that i could find to say it was a ford or NH, acept, the made in england?....badge??! i think
it had the terra-lok, full set of work lights......electronic hitch, and analog dash with digital speed and gear display on the right side...
must say i like the new CNH, maynot be what everyone wants to hear but its my opinion, also a work mate of mine is interested in the JX55, they are very resonabley priced (the whole JX range)..........no spliter gearbox and no 1000pto though...........about 3k cheaper than the list cx50 was, but the cx has better options......electronic hitch etc, slave cylinder on the clutch (JX is mechanical),
must say.........the MXM looks cool to boot.......!

Hey Pudding,
Someone is going to think you have Red Fever, all these pro CaseIH post lately. ;D
I have looked over the new MXM, will agree it is nice. There wasn't a TM model to make a fair comparsion, so I cannot state the differences between the two. Both should be decent kit.
Everyone who has seen the JX have raved about it, just haven't had that pleasure as yet.

Red Fever?? I'd say purple fever. He is not posting pro Case, but pro red NH. That makes purple.

Hey Lee,
It's pudding's price. I'd say it's on the low end also, probably a quote for Miles Farms, not your just walk in off the street price.

hey woodbeef, contacts in racine would be nice, i wouldn't mind working the, as a crash test dummy or something i have to update my CV and put it back up on my website! been looking for reviews on new JX models, know anywhere seems to me tractorbuynet is moving pretty slow there has only been 5 posts since august www.tractorbynet.com/cgi-bin/compact/postlist.pl?Cat=&Board=caseihlol.....the pic of the real sized redmachine is still up i posted! lol......woodbeef, there is a miles farms price you right, i garrantee ya, i also garrantee its sharper than sharp.....problem is we don't have a lot of use for a 100hp tractor, we have a ford 7740 and loader.....doesn't do much, we use the JD4960 for pushing snow at our country club! i know the NH 35/L series well but i want to hear from someone with a jx55 or 4635 ford etc, my work mate is pondering trading his CX50 hey woodbeef, reckon we can twist ya rubber arm and talk you into a MXM.......i reckon the bision would love ya for it laters pudding

Hey pudds,
I do not think the JX have started delivery yet. Only ones around seem to be at shows. I'll go down to the dealer today and find out.
Outside of bota,JD,and Kioti not much traffic on TBN ever,if you're looking for brand specific stuff. Plus the JX is aways bigger than most of the community there would ever think of buying!!
Naw, the shaggies are kinda partial to tractors from colder climates they're telling me!!

Hi Pudding.
I think the mxm is good, because its mainly a NH Ford, while the Jx is one I would stay away from, because its based on the L/35 series from NH. (Fiatagri).

Hey JH,
First off welcome!!
I think you have your CIH models mixed up some. The JXU is the TL clone. The JX is from Turk Tractor, and based on the Fiat 66 series I do believe.

hey woodbeef you say its based on a 66 series, err....ok, doesn't really look like the one i once drove........ .....looked to me more like a L/35 series like my father has.......the JX larger models are the same as the NH TDD series....but NH has no exact same model as the JX55,65 (NH TN55, 65 are different aren't they)........lol JH you had a bad experience with the fiatagri model?.....my father has had a lot of problems with his L75, but i put that down to its line of work, rather than manufacturer error,
snapped front axles, clutch, scyhro reverser cones, hydauilic pump, 4wd switch problems, the wore out front tires,
all points to a tractor that does a HEAP of loader work done on hard surfaces!......thats what his problem is
compare to my friends cx50, he is thinking he is making a step backwards

You probaly know more about those CIH models than I do. I think the whole Case/New Holland shared models are difficult to keep up with, in a way it reminds of the Fiatagri/Ford New Holland thing about 10 years ago, maybe this dont end up with just one color and one brand I dont have personly experience with Fiatagri tractors, but here in Denmark lots of L75/85/95 models from 96-98 has been traded back to the dealers, and I heard some farmers say that it was the worst NH model. As a Ford/new Holland user I always thought the their tractors was better than the Fiatagri, somthing that the sencondhand prices shows fine here. I know that the present NH models are NH and not Fiats or Fords but when you look at the Ts, Tm and 70A models there is a lot more Ford in them than Fiat. Anyway just my blue opion - JH
