Sorry Renze,
this may be a good Tractor, but I don't like the Design. I would buy an older Zetor, it can't be a bad Tractor, also an Ursus or a Belarus, but not this new Stuff. In Germany we say " die Augen essen mit", " You also eat with Your eyes". It's even with the new Deere, Deutz or whatelse. I like the older Design of Tractors.

Hey Bernhard,
I have to disagree with you there!! I think for a Zetor product this is a very nice looking tractor. The previous models seemed too long and cluncky to me along with quite a few of the other older designs of tractors. The more visibilty to the front the better in my estimations!!

Hey Woodbeef,
I replied to the dealer Rietman's, e-mail, that the cab looked higher because of the new nose. They replied that the cab was indeed placed higher above the rear end, to make room for more sound isolation, more external hydraulic control valves, and bigger tires. They also said, because of the nose and higher placed cab, the tractor seems to be a lot shorter and more manoeuvrable, but in fact it is few centimeter longer. It also has more weight on the front axle. Their customer said that he needed less front weights to get the traction he needs to work with the 3 meter Evers cultivator showed on the pictures, and his 4 furrow reversible plough. ....and 4 furrows is MUCH for a 4 cyl. tractor on Dutch polder clay !! His neighbors use 120-130 hp Deere, NH, and MF for this work.
Bernhard:
Take your time to get used to this. I didn't like the first pictures, but when i'm getting used to the design, i'm getting to like it more and more. (The Deere 20 series is nice, but i agree with you about the Agrotron and TTV)

This new Zetor seems to that Zetor is yet in the 90, they were doing old design tractors until now.
I like it and not. The cab looks good, but the nose i doesn't like very much, seems too much things there, i like it more simply.
Well i must admit here Zetor hasn't very well fame, there are very few of them, and there isn't any dealer. I know that you have another view of it, i never think that there are Zetor fans, well maybe my opinion is a short view opinion but here the reallity is that Zetor is a low cost minority manufacturer without any assistance with an old design.
I like that there is people fan of little brands.
Good job Renze.

Xavier: Is 500 km a short view??
You're right, There are not many Zetors in southern Europe. Yhat's why Deere sold the 2000 series there. There is a demand for Zetors there, but not with this name and color. Just the low budget old design versions are sold there, the UR1 Major and UR3 Classic.
In northern Europe, we have the UR1 Super series, and the first generation UR3 Forterra models. Those arent so old fashioned, as you say.
I'd say: drive one!
thanks

Not the best looking thing..........but then dont remember any Zetor looking good. In the 80`s ther were some Zetor tractors here in Denmark, but now there selling just 20 or 25 a year.

You just have to get used to the fact that they are becoming a real threat for NH and MF.
