It seems that on October 3,2002 Slovak Banska Bystrica Court, declared ZTS/TEES bankrupt. www.aiidatapro.comZTS owed back taxes,State Insurance and employees. They had filed insolvent one year earlier. Is this bad news? Or does it open the door for HTC?

Hi Woodbeef, I am not completely sure, but i was thinking the companies of the former ZTS imperium are no longer affiliated, since the Velvet revolution. I also think Lesne traktory was not a ZTS-Tees company, but was called ZTS-trstena. They make the forest skidders. www.ztstrstena.sk Other ZTS companies were ZTS Dubnica nad Vahom, who built the Zetor 7245 based all-terrain forklift truck, and ZTS Bohemia, which makes a wheel loader, with the UR2 Crystal engine. www.ztsbohemia.czThe company which makes the ZTS tractors, is ZTS-Tees Martinske Strojarne, translated ZTS-Tees Martin enterprise. (Martin is the city of origin) I still havent heard a thing about HTC, or ZTS-Tees Martin.

Hi Woodbeef, I beleive Renze is right. ZTS Traktory-Motory or ZTS Martin makes the ag tractors. www.zts-tees.sk/ZTS Tees Lesne traktory had the forestry line.

Yep,you guys are probably correct. The arcticle does say that they split from ZTS/TEES Martin in 1997.
O.K. then what is happening with ZTS/TEES Martin these days?
