It's a new Massey Ferguson. It was introduced at Husker Harvest Days. There are photos of the M F version and Gleaner with same new cab on Farm Photo probably under those brand names. Also check out www.masseyferguson.agcocorp.com/ and click on Massey Ferguson new 9000 series combines. The machine is wider than the former 8780 and has a new rotor. Probably has common frame with the Gleaner as well as other parts in common.

Thought I'd put up some pics probably most have seen on the new Agco combines . www.farmphoto.com/homestead/message.asp?dsply=all&mid=13595 new rotor in the MF and Challenger. www.farmphoto.com/homestead/message.asp?dsply=all&mid=14132 in MF colors www.farmphoto.com/homestead/message.asp?dsply=all&mid=14128 for new Gleaner. Heard the cab has some nice footrests in addition to new electroics. I guess the footrest deal is new, but I wouldn't know not having used late model combines. Some were expecting more in the way of a class 8 machine as magazine ad kind of raised hopes for more than new cab and some other improvements. I don't expect to see a new Gleaner here soon since farm economy and almost no migrating custom/contractors to absorb the cost of new machines to many acres means older series will be kept running like this Columbia County combine. www.farmphoto.com/homestead/message.asp?dsply=all&mid=324. Guess I'll be able to listed to that great sounding Deutz engine of the neighbor's R7 a few more years. Asked the new mechanic (former Marine truck mechanic) if he had ever worked on a Deutz. He looked at me like what are you talking about. Don't know if he had ever heard of one.

Supposedly so but we wont see it before next harvest. The current 480 evolution is a equal match to the STS so the lexion 500 will eat it alive.
