Hey Jose, the Deutz-Fahr Agrotron have a cooler for the fuel, i don't know if it's the same as an aftercooler. suppose the Fendt's with Deutz engine (water cooled only) have this fuel radiator too.

What is the purpose of cooling the fuel??
By the way: werent the Fendts having a Deutz with common rail injection?? A common rail system has no fuel retirn lines, and so there cant be an aftercooler in that case. maybe a pre-cooler.
I can imagine that high pressure injection systems cause the return fuel to get hot at those working pressures.

as I know only the Fendt GT has a Deutz engine. Other Fendts are MWM equipped.

The new 400 and 700 have 4 and 6 cylinder Deutz engines.
I'm not sure about the newer 300's with "vario" look.
By the way, Fendt was advertising their new tractors, and one improvement mentioned in the ad was the so-called "vario-look".
How silly to name a "vario look" as a marketing point for a tractor with manual transmission.

Hey Renze, You're half-right. There're no return fuel lines in Deutz engines but the deutz aren't using a common rain injection system. Deutz uses a high pressure single unit injection. One injection pump per cylindre, not common rail. and as i said there's a cooler for the fuel on the Deutz. Bernhard, Nice to see you here Bernhard. All Fendt tractors are powered by Deutz engines exept 900 Vario and Favorit 800, not sure about the new 800, i think use the deutz 2013 too. 200 series use the 912/913 series and the new ones will use the new 914 air-cooled engine. All Fendt combines use Deutz too. Check Fendt site tonight Bernhard. 300 series use a 4 cylinder engine of the 1012 series.

MF also has fuel radiators on some types. I think the reason for this is emission laws . MWM is owned by Deutz. Just to mentioned it.
