hey kenjar, could keep playing this game but with all the machinery shows over here the cat really is out of the bag on the new CNH AFX combine here is a post on another forum talk.newagtalk.com/forums/MachineryTalk/posts/18334.htmlmy local dealer was asking me about the CVT a early last week..... the steyr CVT......this is going to be the new rotor drive..... i am told........this is the best thing since sliced bread for me,.....no more rotor belts.........making it idiot proof to the dumbest operator....(well the balls ups now just get more expensive!) also.......with a positive stream of parts availability for this technology, it should minimise the pain of introducing the CVX to the us market......after all.....fendt is doing the hard yards in the US at the mo......developing a market......case can now easily move into this market as well.......hmm.....maybe a feedlot special huh?......big axles, front suspension, cab springs....like the MXM, twin crowd, self leveling loader.....cvx150.....built to compete directly against the 7510 IVT? huh> would be nice huh......i sure woodbeefs bison would be excited to see that i sure they would be more excited to see that steyr 330....reverse drive......

Meeooow!!!!!!!
Guess it was time for you to do it. Was fun.eh?
There is alot of hydraulic plumbing to the CVT trans on the AFX.
Wonder if CNH will now enter this area of the market, especially now, since Deere has introduced it's IVT models. They should have been one up on Deere, now if they offer a CVX/CVT model, many here will have an opinion that they are playing catch up.
The 330 Steyr, well we can give them our ideas, its up to them if they want to implement 'em.

Hey Pudding, Yeah, chiseling some milo stubble. County average on corn probably in the 50 to 60 bushel range, not so good. Very little cotton in the area, but the yields have been great. Some 2 bale yields. Chasing women? Nah, the wife frowns on such things. Rumor has it that the Kentucky gals are giving you chase, just the price you super hero dudes have to pay. ;D

My father keeps telling me: "Son, everyone wants a pretty woman. But remember this, you can never have a pretty woman on your own, because other guys will always look at her."

Hi Renze, Let's see Hillbilly. This is a term used to describe someone who lives or comes from the mountains or backwoods region of the southern US. Really not a very complementary term. There used to be a comedy TV show here called the Beverly Hillbillies. From CVT to hillbillies, just a bit off topic.

Hey guys,
Actually the correct definition of a "Hillbilly" is: A Southern Michigan Potato Farmer from the Irish Hills area of the state.
There see Renze, we're still talking about farming,eh!!

Hey Woodbeef, According to your definition, a hillbilly could live in Canada. That is if the Southern Michigan Potato Farmer from the Irish Hills had decided to relocate to, say the Ontario region of Canada. Eh? ;D
