Hey Triple F,
We have them coming over here no problem. Yesterday I saw my first cabless super, and was told the new Forterra was suppose to be here for the show I was at,but it missed the boat.

Hey WB.I really don't know the exact reason for Zetor supply problems. One could be that price is not in acceptable level. If the price is same level as Valtra of JD it's impossible to sell Zetor.

Hey Triple F,
True very valid point!! The importer might have priced them out of the market. I know when the new models came out over here,Motokov shot themselves in the foot by over pricing them!! Still to this day they are on the high side of economy tractors. I can buy a Valtra M100 or a Massey 400 series cheaper than a Zetor Super!! Used though is where Zetor becomes very attractive in price!
I asked a friend that is a Valtra/Zetor dealer in Oklahoma about availability on Zetor. He is a hub dealer for Zetor and said no problems with getting tractors.

Hey Triple F, Zetor supply here is good as Woodbeef already stated. I had read that Kesko had taken over MF distributorship after SOK had decided to just to retain Deere. This happened after Kesko lost the the CIH line to Agritek. I checked Kesko's site, they advertise ther association with MF, SDF, Claas and others, no mention of Zetor though. www.kesko.fi/index.cfm?changesetnow=8&Lang=engClick on Divisions in brief, then Kesko Agro.

Hei from Suomi, finland. Kenjar.Kesko Agro is Selling company of Kesko, the operating area is Estonia,Latvia and Lithuania. there they doesn't tell anything of Zetor. But my information is from finnish customer newspaper, anyway i checked also intenet pages for finnish farmers.there tehy show still Zetor. But still importing is stopped this moment And from tose pages you must use 'vapaa haku' button writing zetor to this.Kesko does'nt show direct link to any zetor pages.or i doesn't find those. As you, kenjar, wrote Kesko lost CIH and after that they have made lot of changes in their organisation. And they have lost lot of markets also.... www.k-maatalous.fi/index.cfm?FFF

Hi Triple F,
Thank you for the clairification on Kesko. Profi had mentioned Zetors association with them.
Do you think Zetor might possibly switch to a different distributor?

Heips.
It's very difficult estimate could Zetor change dealer. If i must say something i vote with myself and result is that not, votes 60% no/40 % yes.Reason is that i think nobody want start new deal with Zetor, because future is'nt stable.

Hey FFF, i think your information is old.
Zetor has been taken over by HTC, a Slovak industrial group. As soon as they had money available, the new model Forterra came out, and a prototype for a renewed orchard model was developed. Probably by the end of this year, they will make their own six cylinder engine, and sling that scrappy Same engine out of the 11641.
I think something else is going on. HTC has bought the Dutch Zetor importer Praneda too, from Motokov. HTC demands from their importers, that they are exclusively committed to the brand Zetor. Praneda have put their Hurlimann importership over to Duport.
I think HTC have cut their ties with the Finnish importer, and now are seeking for a new exclusive importer.
You better take care, Zetor arose from death. Future will bring fortune.

Hhhmmm..........dedicated importers,eh? Not sure if a stand alone Zetor only importer could survive over here, let alone elsewhere in the world!!

Renze, maybe you are right.my information is based to Kesko customer newspaper and we are leaving in chancing world.Still is difficult to believe that zetor could create new dealer network to Finland.Reality is that our markets are so small that cooperation with dealer who have operation yet is better solution.
Let see, otherhand during last years all brands have changed their dealers, last were MF.john Deere broke the longest deal in Finöand this area, between MF and SOK(Hankkija and Agrimarket)

Zetor is seeking new better importer. Kesko don´t want to pay enough and spreads tales about Zetors production problems.
