The transmission autopower of john deere is made by john deere or by zf ?

In the 6010 and 6020 series it's the ZF type "Eccon", same as the one used by Deutz in the TTV.
For the 7020, it's a transmission made by Deere itself, in cooperation with Sauer, i think to remember.
