The Callaway Razr X Irons are made of unique material that is 1/3 the weight of titanium, and come with an aerodynamic head shape that has been scientifically proven to reduce drag by 43%.
I generally prefer playing thin-soled irons but this was a wide-soled iron that was just as playable as a thin one. Unlike most of the irons that fit in this category, the Callaway Razr X Irons come with a much lower center of gravity, which allowed me to get a much longer distance while putting the same amount of effort into my shots.
Despite being able to hit longer shots, the Callaway Razr X Irons (http://www.augolfonline.com/Callaway-RAZR-X-Tour-Irons-202.html) line also allowed me to have shorter putts because of the solid head shape and the right weight for any game circumstances. It¡¯s also a lot more forgiving about accuracy than I thought it would be. Though a lot of people have said that the Callaway Razr series is best left to advanced players, I had no problem getting a better game despite being average at best.
Most of the irons that I have tried before this set were either too heavy to really get a good swing, or were not the right shape for the difficult drives that I¡¯d have to do. The aerodynamic design of the callaway razr, also called ¡°Razr Technology,¡± actually helps me improve my swing, making each hole effortless when it comes to distance.
The head, along with the actual build, of the Razr X was strikingly different from every other set of irons that I¡¯ve ever tried, because they are smoother in shape and more aerodynamic. The fact that the club is made out of material that¡¯s 1/3 the weight of titanium makes carrying them around the course even easier. To my knowledge, I don¡¯t know of any other golf clubs that have this kind of tech backing them.
Overall, I sincerely doubt that there is a better golf club on the market than what the callaway razr x can offer. Though it may be intimidating for beginners, this is a club that can lower everyone¡¯s score.
