How are the new McCormick tractors doing in your part of the world?
How are they priced compared to the same CIH models?
They are priced the same as the CIH version over here and sold by CIH dealers. Not too many around yet,I guess still too many of the left over CIH models yet.
Sales should pick up though once the new CIH backlog is sold off.

Most McCormick tractors here are sold to contractors and farmers who drives Case-IH!!!! All the models 70-170 hp can be found here on the border Netherlands-Belgium. some McCormick models are around 3000 Euro more expencive than the simular Case, but mostly have then the suspension frontalxe and some other extra's. It is strange when a contractor has 7 Case models (100 hp maxxums, some MX-s, some 200 hp Magnums) and then buy a (perkins-)McCormick. A treenursery at the end of my street has one of the first McCormicks here. He sold his 695 XL, and now has a CX85. It's much more colourfull when people see him working. (also because his extra implements in the front) Last week one MX170 was working with a Claas baler+wrapper in the grassfield: It looks just as the pictures in the cataloges: beautifull colours in the green field. Prices for such combinations are big I'd say, but maybe worth.

Well the last sales i know in Spain is that in Jan-March 8 McCormick were sold. It suppose 0.2% of the market.
It is poor. But maybe in more time they could be more popular. There was a champain against this make, they said that McCormick were mounted with the bad pieces of the Cases. Now who can believe this, now there aren't more Case yet, ok NH-Case only.
The prizes i don't now maybe in a pair of weeks a could know more.
