Hi Xavier, What type of models are the 4.80,6.05 etc? I thought these numbers were for the AgroStar or early AgroTrons. So a Deutz engine mated to a Same powertrain on the Sun series, looks like an okay match. The 913 series engines are fine, I thought a Laser powertrain was good also.

You're right Kenjar, the 913 is a good engine but i'm not sure about the Laser powertrain. Here in my town there's one Laser 130 and had two or three big problems in the tranny. But, what tranny haven't any problem in it ? I think it's imposible.

Hi F6L913, I think the Laser 150 is still available in Spain. What can you tell me about the AgroXtra, AgroPrima and AgroStar models? Here in the states we had new German Deutz models till 1991.The last ones were badged Deutz-Allis. Deutz-Fahr has been reintroduced here last year.We have AgroLux and AgroPlus models. In Canada, they also have the Agrotron.

Hey Kenjar. Very few Deutz-Fahr tractors here. Don't know much about the Agroxtra, Agroprima and Agrostar. They have the same engines as in the DX series, 912 and 913 air cooled engines. Later Agrostar have a 9 stept powershift tranny, like agrotrons 200, don't know if its the same. The Agroplus and Agrolux are based on Same tractors. The Agrolux is only available in spain as a orchard tractor, not as a standart tractor. It have air-cooled engine, like the 60 and 70 model agroplus. Model 75-85-95 and 105 are powered by watter cooled engines 1012.
Will the agrotrons be available in the USA soon?

Hey F6L913, Last I heard Deutz was having trouble passing the US emission standards on the Agrotrons. Hopefully they will get this sorted out shortly. I was looking at some sales data for Spain, it appears that Same and Landini sell well there.

Well i have nickname yet, boy of numbers, well why not. But i have some trouble for the 2002 numbers, only brand sales, not model. first, Kenjar the numbers are of the early Agrotrons. Deutz have a curious marketing, and they don't rename the Agrotrons, at least in the official papers, until 2001, when come in the market the MK3, not all sold in Spain. And not sure that some old models will remain (6.05) Yes the Laser 150 is still sold in Spain. 44 sold in Spain, only 1 in Catalonia. ;D The sales of Landini 120 in Catalonia (only 16 non orchard tractor), Same 99 26 non orchard. At Spain Same 1023 (491), Landini 1171, (448). DT all 1505 (with 2WD and crawled) Same 1170. Here in Catalonia all two brand are considered a orchard brand, they are cheaper options (in the standard tractors), many people don't like it, but they can be an option i think. About Agrostar and Agroprima, many few sold here. The most sold Deutz was the DX, what was a beast (i have one of its ), after them Deutz sales come down Agrostar, Agroxtra, Agrotron. Now seems that Agrotron MK3 are more wellselled, time to time.
