I sure hope mr Pocknee (hope I got the name right) don't mind, but there is yet another picture I found at his excellent website www.farmphoto.com i'd like to discuss. Have a look at this: www.farmphoto.com/homestead/message.asp?dsply=all&mid=6595Now, a Horsch trike pulling a rather large plow. Interesting... I belive the trike is hydrostatic drive witch if far from ideal in lowspeed heavy tillageoperations. Other than that, might this really work? Is anyone actually using this combination for real or is it a rare exeption? Perhaps a Horsch demo or someones big tractor normally used for plowing broke down. View over the implement should be pretty OK i guess. If a Trike could really sucessfully be used for tillage, it would be a pretty practical machine due to groundcopaction and versatility factors. Any thoughts?

The trike made by the czech manufacturer Farmet has an automatic four speed powering the rear wheels. That would give a nicer low speed operation. But the main disadvantage of teh Farmet is that it doesn't drive the front wheel. www.farmet.cz
