Thanks for asking Woodbef.
Did not go to Saran that I know of. Spent vacation in Paris and the surrounding areas.
The real purpose of the vacation was acctually the Eifel tower. I went up with my girfriend, and came down with a fiancée!
It was not a "farming excursion", but I did see a lot of funny lookig big s.p. sprayers, a couple of s.p. foragers including a Claas Jaguar Fieldshuttle, a JD logskidder in Belguim and some strange wine-machinery in the Champange district.

Hey congratulations... I remember a post from almost a century ago, where you are talking about a machineryvideo you bought that your girl didn't like. It's a miracle a girl can wants to stay with someone who spends so much time talking machinery isn't it (just kidding). When is the wedding, or am i being nosey now?
