I don't know if it was knew yet, but i have read it today in Agrotecnia.
In a Interview Mr Ilka Makala (Valtra president) said:
Very soon they will be in the markets, at autumn with the denomination of T serie.
No information about the range, or if new transmision (Delta is a bit older), anyone has it? Hp? thanks

Never heard of Agrotechnica magazine before. Sounds interesting, can you tell us more about it?
Is this the first confirmation the new Valtras will be called the T-series. Were there pictures? Is the T-series picture featured on this site accurate?

I think Xavier and Agrotecnia might be right. Rumours are Valtra England will introduce the new T-tractors during the Smithfield show in november. Valtra Finland however said untill now that they would not release a new tractor series in the near future... Question is: what is near?
Xavier are there any picture to go with the article? And maybe some other technical details?

The Deltashift three speed powershift could be replaced by a four speed. A test of a Valmet of about 130 hp, two years ago, said that the gear ratio spacing of the powershift was quite wide, and three speeds were hardly enough.
With the Valmet concept, they only have to change the fuel tank (frame) to make room for an extra clutch pack... The local dealer had a 705 open last month, and i studied it a little.
The dealer's sales of new Valtras are increased last three years by 500% He used to sell 3 of them a year, yesteryear he sold 16.. It is because the quality increase of Valmet, when compared to NH and Case. (i still see less CNH tractors around in my area..)

I read the same article in the Spanish Agrotécnica magazine. Actually I used to write for that magazine. The journalist asks: Do you pretend to design new Series of tractors than follow the new S Series aesthetic line? Ilkka Hakala answers: Yes, besides they will be marketed on the next autumn under the T decals.

Sorry but the only photos are of Mr Makala. No technical details. Maybe Mr Woodbeef have more information about his brand. Its a interview of what previsions have, mostly in Spain, of sales and opinions about diferents questions. No coment when he was questioned of the sale of Challenger. European A are you a writer of Agrotecnia? Well, if you accept it i will give you my opinion. In the magazine is necessary more test, minimum one for month, not only tractors test all. Actually the test are explain of the comercial brochure. The tecnical articles are very interesting. By the way what happens with sales, MAPA isn't publishing? About Delta, put it with 4 steeps, its ok, but what about a steepless transmision, seems that every make will need a model with it, in the north european markets minimum.

Xavier, Everything is hush, hush on the new Valtra's. I think they are doing this to keep Woodbeef in suspense.
The magazine you speak of, is it similiar to Profi?
European A,
Are you still writing for any magazines, if so, which one?

Hello Kenjar, Agrotecnia is similar to Profi, but with very few test, is written in Spanish.
There are many tecnical articles that are quite interesting.
But European A could explain better it.
Poor Woodbeef, four months awaiting it, could be too much.

Hello Xavier,
We have many magazines in the states but nothing which would compare to Profi or Agrotecnia. I wish we had at least one that would do some machinery testing.
Yes, I agree, the strain may be getting to Woodbeef.

I wrote some articles about Industrial Design and Farm Equipment. I prefer not to talk about the Agrotecnica magazine, that would not be right correct but I would not compare Agrotecnica to Profi. I think there is no doubt Agrotecnica is one of the most professional magazine. Kenjar, I tried to cooperate with Profi as writer or illustrator but they were not too much interested. Anyway I will try it with other magazines.

Only joking about my Agrotécnica point of view! ;D: I mean "I think there is no doubt Agrotecnica is one of the most professional magazine" ...in Spain, maybe because there isn´t another one ". I do prefer Profi

European A, I hear you, sorta like Implement & Tractor is the greatest here. Profi is tops with me as well. Are there any other similar magazines out there?

Well, if that's the new Valmet, i feel sorry for Jan, the dealer, who has to sell them...
Perhaps with a gas heater, we could straighten that face up a little...
