Lee, I got some prices for a 3670. Found one in the US for $45,000 and one in Canada for 19,500 lbs sterling. The prices you have would be cheaper then we have here. I saw a couple more units that were higher.

Hey Jon Bos, Last year, people are more and more telling me that i am in the wrong business - i should be a Zetor dealer.. Well, i could definately do better than the current dealer in my town, he is not customer friendly, sells nothing and cares nothing. Even for a simple cab rear screen, he can order the wrong one. it took, after importer's express delivery, 8 days for him to call us we could come and get it. EIGHT DAYS waited unnecessary We usually to go to the other Zetor dealer, 10 km further away from us. I totally agree with you, a dealer should know his products better than anyone if he wants to stay in the business.

Kenjar,
They sound expensive. So if you want a Massey 36 series about 5 - 6 yrs old then the best prices appear to be in the UK.
Lets try something else:
Hows about a Case IH 7250 (270HP) although in the states they are badged as 8970. Lets just go for a 1997-98 270hp case whatever the model number, with about 4000 hours on it.

Lee,
I found a 8950 for $52,500, a 97 model. Most are priced in the $60's. In fact the 8930-40-50 are priced about the same. These all had about 1,200-2,000 hrs. I found some 7250's for about $40,000 to $55,000.
The largest Magnum models we have had here are= 7150,7250, 8950 and the present model MX270. The MX270 would be considered the 4th generation Magnum. We had no Pro series here.
I also found a MF 3670 here in Texas for $29,500 with 3,600hrs.
If Laapa is reading these post , hey, I found you a IH 7288 2+2, one of 19 built.

Remember an old story that a teacher told us at school some hundred years ago: An english lady in Paris gets on the bus and asks for the fare. She gets the answer 1 Franc 50 for foreigners. She pays 1 Franc and the busdriver says he wanted more because she was a foreigner. She then very angry replied "I´m no foreigner, I´m english!" So, finally, to the point : Hey Lee, I´m no foreigner, I´m swedish!

HPP,
Very sorry matey but I did not know where you were from so I though 'foreign' would be better than getting it wrong.
A 7250 as stated above over here is about £22-25,000 depending on condition. The $40,000 versions seem expensive.
Woodbeef:
Whats this new board you on about?
