O.K. now I know these are Chinese tractors. The mfd NH knock offs(HB series) do not look to bad though, especially with the cab. If they were at a low enough price would you buy one? www.good88.com/tractor.htm

Hey Woodbeef,
I sent an email to the manufacturer and got this answer: 1) The HB tractor is 100% made in China. No component from New Holland. We began to produce this HB series 50HP~70HP tractor from year 1999, the technology is introduced from Italy & USA.
2) At present, only the CAB is optional.
4) Prices for HB 50HP~70HP:
> HB704 (70HP, 4WD) USD9800.00/set FOB China Port > HB700 (70HP, 2WD) USD8600.00/set FOB China Port > > HB604 (60HP, 4WD) USD8600.00/set FOB China Port > HB600 (60HP, 2WD) USD7300.00/set FOB China Port > > HB504 (50HP, 4WD) USD8100.00/set FOB China Port > HB500 (50HP, 2WD) USD6900.00/set FOB China Port > > Above prices include: > 1. Gas Brake > 2. Power Steering > 3. Dual-stage Clutch > 4. Power Steering > 5. Hydraulic Lift > 6. ROPS > 7. Front & back Heavier > Price for the CAB: USD1000.00/set FOB China Port > Packing: by Iron Frame, 3 sets/ 40' container
As you see, they have nothing to do with NH. They are really cheap but I don't think I would buy one. Rumours I've heard about Chinese tractors usually weren't very positive. They have to prove themselves first.

Hey NewHollander,
So at that price you could afford more than one,eh?
I wonder if that price is for each,or for the three tractor set?
Technology from the States and Italy,Hmmm....kinda sounds like NH to me.

Hey Woodbeef,
It seems to me the prices are for one tractor. I don't know why they say they use American and Italian technology. I can't seem to find any NH components, only the looks are copied. Wouldn't want to buy one, selling them would be better. Sell at prices just below NH and then run. Probably there are some fools(city folk?) who will buy one.
