O.K. now I admit that I know diddly-squat about these, but I'm trying to find some info on what's out there. I have some organic farmer friends in Western Ontario that are looking to upgrade their small combines.
I've told them to check out the majors(CIH,Deere,NH,MF,Claas,D-F,Laverda,Sampo-Rosenlew,Bizon,)Who did I miss?

Well Lee - I`ll go with the NH. First of all, stronger machine all they way - better resale prices.
JH - Denmark.

I think you left out Gleaner. You mentioned Bizon, didn't Long offer a rebadged Bizon combine back in the mid 70's. It was called the Long 5000.

Bizon was bought by New Holland in the late 90's. I did a little looking but couldn't come up with an active website for them. This has got my curiosity.....Anyone know their site? AGCO makes several models of smaller combine under the MF and Deutz names in South America. Is it possible to maybe import one of the outfits used in to the States or Canada?
