Are the New holland versions of the Case IH Magnums going to have the supersteer?

CNH Global has stated that even though they are using a shared platform, each brand will keep it's uniqueness.
This is why there are things that you can not get in a TJ,that you can in a STX.
Supersteer was mentioned as a NH option, but not a CIH one.

When CNH sold the Winnipeg plant to Buhler, the purchase did not include the rights for bidirectional tractor nor the Super Steer front axle. The new high-powered conventional tractors from CNH will include the Super Steer front axle as can be deduced after having a look at the spy shot of the TG Series tractor on this website. This model features short bonnet, essential for mounting the Super Steer system. About the new bidirectional tractor, it seems to be logical in the CNH range: a new kind of IH 2+2.

Yeah, Drewman you are right. Buhler does include the Super Steer axle in the Genesis Series but CNH have the rights to do whatever they want with the Super Steer front axle. I guess Buhler must pay CNH to mount it on their tractors. Do not forget CNH must buy the current Genesis/ 70A Series from Buhler.
Anyway I will look for the patent in the internet. It must we out there...
