Well, it was my Idea so I guess it is only fair I'm first out. I'll start this forum out with one of my favorite books. Peter D. Simpsons Ultimate Tractor Power Articulated tractors of the world (volume 1 A-L). 192 p. Plenty of colour photos. Japonica Press. It is a dictionary of Articulated tractors made all over the world listed by manufacturer. The first volume covers ACO through Linoness as well as a good introduction and some homemades and prototypes. Not only the well known brands (Case, JD, BigBud etc.) are included (although they are given lots of pagespace) but also plenty I did not know about. Plenty of specs for all brands. Great pictures. Thsi is a book I have read over and over again and can spend plenty of time just looking at the many pictures. I thought I knwe something about big tractors, but boy did a learn a lot. I recomend it. Volume 2 will be out soon I hear and The author also have a website at www.bigtractorpower.com. There is also a Video made by Tractortotal called "Working with Big Iron" by the author.
