So are we to see wheeled MF tractors painted yellow and labeled Cat and MF-red Challengers now? I still don't understand what will come out of this deal...

From what I can surmise from this whole deal is; Both Cat and Agco come out winners at the expense of Claas
Part of the agreement is that Cat has access to Agco tractors, combines and equipment (over night full-line representation) to sell at their dealers
I can not see Agco having sales and distribution rights for something they build everywhere but Europe. So where does that leave Claas?
I can not see Cat building their own combine when they allready have access to badge-engineered Gleaners and Masseys
I think that you guys will be seeing Fendt and Massey Challengers at dealers soon after the Claas deal expires.
You never know if this deal works out Cat might just buy Agco instead of Deere!!
Helmut Claas is reportedly meeting with Bob Macier V.P, of Diversified Products at Cat this week.
