If Red Painter want to put those Case up, i'd like him to compare them with the Crystal, something that IS ALREADY painted red. An example of modern industrial design of end sixties. Way ahead of the others, not just in design. Once again, pub31.bravenet.com/photocenter/view.php?img=24976&usernum=2643203945 Yes, i know U.S. fashion is different than European design fashion, but anyway, the Crystal looks better

That Zetor may be very advanced for it's day, Renze. What looks good to each person is subjective and is influenced by regional and personal experience influences to a certain degree. The tractors of the late 60's and early 70's remind of the great days of the horsepower race (which still goes on to a lesser degree) when the American market had more than 3 main players. Here are some more of those tractors that I have great memories of from my youth: Agcoman may get a kick out of these oldies. Check out www.ytmag.com/contents/atp1701.htm and www.ytmag.com/contents/atp225.htm and www.ytmag.com/contents/atp2730.htm

Glad you liked it HPP. I always liked the Oliver tractors. Wish I could find the 2255 with front wheel drive. Here's a link to Antique Tractors that gives easy access to their photos. www.ytmag.com/piclist.htm I have to put up a pic of the 1950 with front wheel drive. These were the first large tillage wheel tractors to tackle our hilly area here. Oliver had a special edition with balloon (terra type tires) for low compaction and width though most had duals on the front and rear and cab. www.ytmag.com/contents/atp223.htm

A guy at my work uses a 2250 ? (with Cat V8) 2WD for tractorpulling. He claims it has 700-800 HP at 2700 rpm.

Although I've never seen one in real life, I would agree those are nice looking tractors. Those German made engines are great sounding. My brother has two older combines with them and they sound great.

Renze, I hope it will be soon, would be nice if the ZTS models were marketed along with Zetor. Maybe HTC will finalize its purchase shortly. The ZTS page has not been updated in a couple of years. I had thought the 18345 was actually a 16245 at first. I like the looks of the updated version better.

Yep, Kenjar is correct, that model has been on the ZTS website since I first stumbled across it a few years back or so.
